Seeds may seem small and uninteresting however, I think of them as a symbol of natures' tenacity for life!

As a child walking beneath the Redwood forest of northern California I'd ask myself “how was it possible that a huge and majestic tree came from such a tiny seed?”

​

I have a deep respect for natures' seeds, and find it completely fascinating how they’ve evolved over millions of years. Within their protective shell a seed will carry an embryo of living cells ready to form root, stem, leaves, and with a full set of instructions on how to grow, protect itself and reproduce.....WOW so cool!
